They have undergone a significant amount of training not only in their studies at university but also through the Queensland Law Society to obtain this qualification as an accredited specialist in Family Law.

At Evans & Company Family Lawyers, all staff are encouraged to further their education to obtain the right to call themselves a “specialist”. Both our associate lawyers are working towards their Masters of Family Law.

The Queensland Law Society has put in place a program whereby lawyers can undergo lengthy assessment and examinations conducted by the Queensland Law Society and by their peers to prove that they have an advanced level of expertise in the area of Family Law.
