The Family Court of Australia has ordered that the 3 girls at the centre of the Italy/Australia parenting dispute are to remain in Australia until the Court hears their mother’s application to allow them to stay permanently.

The Court ordered the girls be reinterviewed by a family consultant to determine whether or not they wanted to return to Italy with their father.

The matter is to be heard by the Family Court on 27 September 2012.
